Can I set my own timings on when I accept bookings?

Yes. You can choose to either set a booking window or individual timeslots, set specific days and hours, add hours for working breaks and special holidays, etc. Our appointment widget can be customized in a number of ways to fit your exact schedule.

Is there a limit to how many days that can be booked in advance?

No. There are no limits on the number of days you can open your booking in advance. Once you configure your appointment widget, customers will be able to book for any day that they want.

Will my customers receive confirmation on their booking?

Yes. We've integrated a fully-featured email and SMS system that sends emails and text alerts on successful registration for mail-in, walk-in, on-site repairs, pick-up, and drop-off appointments. You can even customize the messages sent out using our editor program.
