Receipt Printer

Epson TM-T88V is supported receipt printer for RepairDesk however any thermal printer (80mm paper size) will allow you to print customized mini receipts. You can also automate printing task via Google Cloud Print.


Barcode Scanner

Any USB barcode scanner that sends the outcome as a regular text input device will work with RepairDesk. You can scan & add items directly on POS or open repair ticket by scanning repair ticket mini receipt or ticket label


Label Printer

We recommend DYMO Label Writer 450 to use with RepairDesk that allow you to print sticker labels so you place them on repair ticket or inventory items to track them quickly. Labels in RepairDesk are sized at 1.125" x 3.5.


Cash Drawer

Connect a cash drawer with receipt printer via RJ45 cable and set the receipt printer to auto trigger the cash drawer before or after print.  


Signature Pad

While booking a repair job use Intuos CTH-480/S3-C to record customer signature. You must set the tablet settings to open signature screen in the same place each time.
