PhonePro (powered by 3CX) works fine with the IP Phone you already have. However, if you are planning to update your phone system, please check out the list of recommended hardware. 

PhonePro is available as an Add-on and can be purchased separately by Essential, Growth and Advanced pricing plan subscribers. However, PhonePro is currently only available for RepairDesk merchants in the US, CAD, AUS and the UK.

Yes you can easily port your existing number to PhonePro. The process takes anywhere between 10 to 12 business days with a minimal downtime of a few hours during the port-in process.

You can use the 3CX mobile app for inbound & outbound calls.

Using the 3CX mobile app you can send and receive SMS & MMS.

The MMS feature is currently available in the "USA and Canada" only. The cost to send and receive an MMS is 4 SMS credits.
