You can now add new data fields for customer information in your POS system. Enable, disable, or make the field mandatory as per your preferences.
Many a time repair retailers deal with corporate customers and charge no tax on their repairs. Similarly, they do business with other repeat customers under a designated tax. All in all, they need the option of assigning a tax type against a specific customer so their sales and taxations are automatically aligned.

For this action, simply select a copy customer and the system will hunt down all the customer profiles that have the same first name, last name, phone number, or email information. See which one is the copy of, select that one as the target profile, and merge the two into one. Your repair shop software will link all tickets, invoices, and other records of the two copy accounts with the final one.
