Get Store Credits with RepairDesk – Coming Soon

Over the past year, RepairDesk has been hard at work making its repair shop software the #1 Choice for Independents everywhere. This involved taking precious feedback from our customers and allowed us to work on some great new features that our users have been requesting. We’re happy to announce that Store Credits will be coming soon to RepairDesk Enterprise Plan.

What Are Store Credits & How Will They Work?

Store Credits is a new addition to the RepairDesk toolkit that will help you manage your customers and engage with them better. This new system will allow you to offer customers a more compelling reason to do business with you for the future.

You can use the Store Credits feature to offer in-store credits to your customers whenever they either purchase something from you or when you use our Buyback module. Customers who come in for a repair can choose to either have their balance amount returned to them after a transaction or stored in your store’s POS system to be used at a later date. Similarly, a customer who sells you items can either be given their amount in cash or be offered store credit in return for their item, to be used at a later date.

This new feature allows you to continue doing repeat business with customers, offering them the chance to purchase something from you at a later date through the store credits they have accumulated instead of using cash. Each customer’s credit amount will be visible from within the Customer module, making it easier to keep track of how much customers have earned.

When is it Coming?

The new Store Credits feature is another step towards making your repair shop experience a more enjoyable and convenient one. Our team has been hard at work on a number of new features that we will be introducing in 2020, and Store Credits is one of them.
