RepairDesk has been working on some big things for 2020 to completely change the way you use repair POS software forever. We’re really excited for one of our new projects lined up – a brand-new Loyalty Program integrated right into RepairDesk.
The RepairDesk Loyalty Program is a highly-requested feature from our customers. Over the past year, we’ve been taking feedback from different users, and have been laying the groundwork for it to be ready for primetime. The Loyalty Program we’ve designed works completely in sync with your repair shop software, and will no doubt help you retain customers more easily.
How the Loyalty Program Works
Here’s how it works: customers can be added by your store administrator manually through the system, or by sending them a sign-up email or they can register themselves through the loyalty portal. Those entered into the Loyalty Program will be able to earn a certain amount of loyalty cash when they do business with you. If they pay for a repair, a new cable, accessories, or just about anything, a certain percentage of their paid amount will go into their account as loyalty cash. You can easily adjust how much loyalty cash they get from the settings in RepairDesk. When they have enough saved up, they can use their loyalty cash instead to pay for your services.
This system makes it more rewarding for customers to come to your store and do business with you, since they will be able to use their earned loyalty to pay for stuff in the future. It also means more sales for you, since customers will choose to do repeat business with you to get enough loyalty points. To top it all off, the entire system is built right into RepairDesk, which means you won’t have to use any external software or system to run a loyalty program.
The Loyalty Program is tightly-woven into the RepairDesk ecosystem. Any loyalty cash earned and used will show up in your Customer backend and in each customer’s record, along with all invoices. Customers themselves will also be able to view the loyalty cash they have at any given time from their Customer Portal. Loyalty earned in your store can only be redeemed through a transaction, so everything can go in the books. Finally, this new feature is only available to the admin you’ve set, which gives you total control of the entire thing.
When is it Coming?
We’re working to create a whole host of amazing features for you to use in 2020, and the Loyalty Program is just one of our many upcoming tools included in our RepairDesk Enterprise Plan. While the system is currently under development, we’ll be putting it out fairly soon for our customers to make use of. Expect the Loyalty Program and all our other great features to come out over the next few weeks.
