Web Release Notes: Enjoy a Quick View of Important Numbers!

Our August web release notes provide detailed information about the latest enhancements in our web app while enabling you & your team to work smarter with new levels of data insights across your repair stores.

Improvements:

Inventory Summary Report

A visual representation of the important numbers has been added in the inventory summary report. A graph showing ‘Total Inventory Value’ and ‘Total Items’ will be displayed to give you a quick look at your total inventory record.

Note: Graphs and all the information will be updated according to the applied search filters.

Purchase Orders Listing Page

We have added new search filters in the ‘Manage Purchase Orders’ page, along with a few design improvements. Two new graphs will be displayed on top, to save your time from the calculations. These graphs will show the ‘Total Value’ of the orders created and the ‘Amount Payable’ against all the purchase orders.

Note: Graphs and all the information will be updated according to the applied search filters.

Customer Facing Display

With this recent improvement in our ‘Customer Facing Display’, country code will be automatically updated after selecting the country on the phone no. and mobile fields, making it easier for you to not go through the list of all the country codes one by one. The improvement is illustrated below;

Empathizing our customers’ easiness, we have added a minor improvement in the XLS file. The illustration of triggers in the XLS file can now be written as ‘Yes/No’ instead of the binary digits. Mark the trigger ON as ‘Yes’ and OFF as a No’ while importing/ exporting any inventory.

 

A small improvement has been made in the ‘Manage Tickets’ section, that the stats shown below the search filters will now be updated in real-time and according to the applied search filters.

Bug-Fixes:

Our bug-fixing team has efficiently fixed 40 plus issues in the last 3 weeks. A brief list of the reported issues is below;

  • An issue was identified at the time of printing selected serials that all the marked & unmarked serials were getting printed. We’ve fixed it and you’ll not face this problem anymore.
  • All the trade-in purchased items that were not displayed on the POS screen before, can now be viewed.
  • The enabled trigger named ‘Hide Closed & Cancelled Ticket on Listing page’, was not allowing the system to fetch the ticket details even when searched by the customer name. This issue has been fixed and all the relevant tickets will now be displayed when search filter is applied.
  • Bug #859 – In case of dual tax calculation, only a single tax amount was shown on the ‘Customer Facing Display’ when re-opening any ticket from the POS. The reported bug has been removed successfully.
  • Bug #857 – When purchasing trade-in items, the system was restricting on adding more than 20-line items in one go. The reported bug was traced and smashed successfully.
  • Bug #851 – We have fixed the reported bug that was not allowing to search for the item until the ‘Search’ button was clicked.
  • With this bug-fix, you can now see the ‘condition’ attribute in the serialized inventory, that was hidden before.
  • Bug #769 – On selecting ‘void’ against any employee’s commission in the ‘Employee Commission Breakdown Report’, it had no impact on the ‘My Commission’ report. These discrepancies have been removed from the system.
  • An issue was stated that the ticket history was not maintained correctly. However, you can now view the complete and accurate logs.
