iPad Release Notes v3.6.3: Customer Facing Display Comes to iPad

Keeping in sync with our web release, the RepairDesk iPad POS Register app has been updated to version 3.6.3 this week. This update is by no means a small one, as it brings one of our most highly anticipated features to the table – the Customer Facing Display.

Set Your iPad Up with the Customer Facing Display Feature

With the release of v3.6.3, the Customer Facing Display is being integrated into the RepairDesk iPad POS Register app for all our customers. Set your iPad up to be a dedicated second screen showing real-time customer information, checkout details, promotional offers and with the ability to take in signatures effortlessly.

Enable/Disable Tyro Integration on the Checkout Screen

We’ve also added the option to enable or disable Tyro as a payment gateway through a trigger in this release. When the trigger is enabled, Tyro can be seen on the Checkout screen as a payment option. When disabled, Tyro will not appear as an option.
