As the world witnessed the largest tech expo, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held last week from January 7th – 11th, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada, RepairDesk arranged and hosted an exclusive event whose target was to discuss and mention solutions to the challenges met by the “cell phone repair shops” from all around the globe.
The event was scheduled for January 9th and was presented in the format of a panel discussion with a number of cell phone repair industry specialists. The conference featured 4 speakers including:

Saad Ahmed – Founder & CEO at PhonePartsUSA, who presented the cell phone repair industry from the perspective of a cell phone parts supplier, and provided significant insights about the inventory, stock levels, inventory shrinkage and conversed about the primary inventory metrics, with the attendees.
Other issues raised were the critical problems regarding business reports, sales and revenue calculations, cash-in and -out flows, payroll and commission management, and afterward, the ideas and solutions to these serious problems were presented along with the other metrics to measure business performance throughout the year.
