Like it or not, Black Friday 2018 is coming up fast! As everybody is aware of this BIGGEST SALE, Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) marks an annual opportunity for businesses of all sizes to attract shoppers in the deal-seeking spirit.

But capturing it requires careful, considered and informed strategizing. Now is the perfect time to review your final plans for handling Black Friday shopping crowds, schedule extra staff and review the store layout for your Black Friday specific safety protocols.

One of the most effective ways to prepare for the Black Friday is to seek data from previous years and let them serve as your guide.
