RepairDesk has had a hectic year with the new features it is offering, the ones in the pipeline, and continuously working to eliminate small problems or bugs that currently exist- and we thank our customers for their unfailing cooperation.
While introducing new and better features is part of our agenda, we aim to primarily focus upon continuous improvement. This means that we are working to ensure that our current features operate perfectly and do not give you any problems.
Why is this important? The simple answer is “We want you to say that RepairDesk is FLAWLESS!” We aim to be your instant go-to source for all of your cell phone repair shop needs and we want to make sure our features are intuitive and easy to use. For this, we attentively listen to customer feedback and try our best to implement it immediately. While some issues take more time than others to resolve, we do our best to ensure we find solutions for all.
It is more important to have a strong existing product rather than to continue to innovate further. However, we do not stop adding new things to the package while also continuously working to improve what already exists.
Over the past few years, with your support, we have been able to grow and make key changes in our software, which has considerably increased customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, we think that our journey has just begun.
