Today we’re sharing the news of a highly requested feature added to our (actually more yours) RepairDesk, that is, the exciting opportunity for calculating “Employee Payroll” within your favorite all-in-one cloud POS software.
By introducing this helpful functionality, we’re able to offer an additional service that will save you time by making your payroll processes a lot easier plus faster than ever before. This will ultimately allow you to focus on what you do best—improving service quality and growing your cell phone repair business.
Okay! Now let’s dive into how it works:
- Simply set your employee’s hourly/salary rate (as you like better) while setting your employees’ profile.
- Keeping the record of employee salaries, go to “Expense Section” and mention the Salary Expense in your list and allow it to appear in your payroll section.
- By using the clock in/clock out, you can keep a record of every employee’s total working-time.
- You can view timesheet anytime you want to calculate the payroll.
- Here, on the timesheet, you can view the “Employee Payroll Report” for all payment details along with their status alerting you to further actions.
- If you wish to pay him now, just click on “Pay Now” and select the code generated by “Salary Expense”.
- You can also use the “Search Filter” option to find your required employee in any of your stores.
- Payroll module allows you to do your payments by all payments method that are already familiar to you (link to the payment methods list).
- You are now done with paying your employees all in time and in ease.
