Introducing Partial Refunds

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re familiar with RepairDesk Release Notes (if you’re not, that’s okay, too). We’re proud of the ongoing work we do to make our product the best it can be, and with these Release Notes, our goal is to help you get more out of RepairDesk.

WHAT’S NEW ?

Sometimes, for any number of reasons, you may have to issue a full or partial refund. We’ve now made this process quick, easy, and intuitive.Here’s how to process a partial refund:

  1. Click View Invoices on the point of sale page.
  2. Find the invoice you want to refund.
  3. Click Issue a refund.
  4. For “Refund amount,” enter the amount you want to refund (you may have the option to refund a partial amount of the payment), and then click Continue.
  5. Review your information to make sure you entered the correct refund amount, and then click the Issue a refund link. To learn more on how to process a full or partial refund, click below:
