WHAT’S NEW ?
Sometimes, for any number of reasons, you may have to issue a full or partial refund. We’ve now made this process quick, easy, and intuitive.Here’s how to process a partial refund:
- Click View Invoices on the point of sale page.
- Find the invoice you want to refund.
- Click Issue a refund.
- For “Refund amount,” enter the amount you want to refund (you may have the option to refund a partial amount of the payment), and then click Continue.
- Review your information to make sure you entered the correct refund amount, and then click the Issue a refund link. To learn more on how to process a full or partial refund, click below:
