With our latest Add Notes functionality you can:
– Add notes against customer profile. Now you can create notes against any customer in your customer records. Open customer record and enter details about the customer, there preferences, credit notes and more.
– Send Email or SMS. With this update, you can also send an email or a text message to your customer.
– Upload Files. Perhaps you want to add some files or documents regarding a certain customer? No worries! you can now attach any file (Document or Image) to a customer record and view it later.
– Notes History. You can track notes via history log that are listed in chronological order. Get to know who created a note against for a customer along with time stamp.
